Alternated 1 min walk / 1 min jog with Christine. I am almost certain that my issue is sciatica not muscular, as it is not just the calf, but hamstring and glute discomfort as well, so spent some time doing recommended stretches before and after.

Went out for a jog/walk from Chris's house in Pasadena. Went conservative because of tightness in my right calf - was working my way up from 1 min jog to 6 min jog but in the 5 min segment I had sudden pain in my left calf, so I turned around and mostly walked back.
P=184, C=78 Jumped on Chelsea's Peloton again. This time a tougher HIIT and Hills workout that was tough enough as I stayed at the high end of resistance the whole time and the recoveries were not backing off nearly as much.
