Nice RBC bike ride on the canal and rail trail that goes through Center Park. Mostly easy, but chased the younger, faster guy for awhile on the way back, then waited for the older, slower guy with a couple miles to go, after falling further behind the young guy every time there was an obstruction (road crossing, people on the path, etc.).

FCH3 from Cobbs Hill, set by the hasher formally known as Just Alice. Nice trail, even though there were too many arrows, creating a road race effect and we spent a lot of time being eaten by mosquitoes while waiting for the walkers.

ROC Motala at Durand Eastman. Fun event with 5 loops, each around 1-1.4K. My biggest problem was lack of strength, so both my uphills and downhills were very slow. Biggest error was not taking the low road from the rootstock to the reentrant (on loop B, I think). Luke came along and did the long course despite still ramping up from PT to running, and beat me by over 20 minutes.

My sized fins have disappeared and the larger fins were singular today, so I tried the green ones but my toes were in pain.

Also lost the Fitbit during the swim (since it doesn't stay on a band, I had tucked it away but it looks like the legs have gotten a little loose from a couple of days in a hot car) but noticed after I got out and saw it lying in the deep end.

Jog/walk from Brigid's lake house. Didn't realize her street was so short so I had to go out to the paved road. Took 1 minute breaks after each 7.5 minutes of jogging as the music streaming was very spotty and I had nothing downloaded.
