I completed a track session with Michael and Cam. It was 15*400m with a 200m float recovery (90sec break total).
I completed the first 7 in around 1.20min.
The next 7 were in around 1.10-1.13min.
The last one was in 1.03min.
I was pretty happy with the session as it was long with little recovery. I was not feeling good heading into it so started conservatively.
