Decided to play soccer. Got there a little late and didn't have time to warm up. I was the 11th man so onto the field I went. Started feeling twinge in my muscles so subbed myself off (subs had arrived) and stretched. Was taking it easy on the field, I didn't want to get hurt. about 3/4 of the way through the game I made a quick move and felt several muscles protest. Just short of getting a real pulled muscle. I came off an stayed off.
