Treadmill (2 incline) 24:10 [3] 2.5 mi (9:40 / mi) shoes: Run: Asics Gel Yayano 24
I started off strong, at least it felt that way but was actually slow. Ran 1/2 mile in 4:10 but my lungs were getting burned in the dry air so I had to stop. I walked 1/2 mile (10 minutes) then ran another 2 miles at an easier 10min/mile pace.
