Run out to my mapping area. It was much warmer out and more humid. I was hot and sweating by the time I got there even though I wasn't running hard. I had to be careful to not sweat on the map.

Finished off on plateau. Not as fun mapping in the heat. The bugs and spider webs were out full force. This is why it isn't nice to map in the summer (even in open woods).

Finished one section so head back in for one new trail I discovered a few days ago. I wanted to get it mapped. Run was slow and uphill. I also made a wrong turn so had to stop and look at the map and turn around.

Got all hot and sweaty again. Cut over to the trail and was mapping along it with the intent of getting to the new trail. The new trail was bizarre. It look like someone took a small bob cat and tried to make a new trail only to realize where they were going didn't go anywhere and the bob cat got stuck.
