Had to play the who game and about 1/2 of it short of players. It was in the high 80's and very Sunny. Hot game. Heat was killing everyone. We ended up tying 4-4. Ran hard but still just tired from weekend. Need a rest day from Training. | ||

| Still tired from run day before. Ran hard right up until the time I fell crossing a creek. Went into the creek up to my neck. The creek was only a 2 feet deep. I cramped up. Decided to walk from then in. Was just starting to jog again when I stepped in a hole and hyper-extended my knee. Walked the rest. | ||
