Run (road) 48:59 [3]10 km (4:54 / km)
Still tired/sore from Sunday. Decided to 10K. It was in the 80 and about 200% humidity. So humid you could use a fork but should use a spoon to get every drop. After sweating off about 6 pounds in the first 3 miles, it decided to get more humid and started to pour rain. My shoes, still wet with sweat from previous days were no soaking and very heavy. Ugggg. Running along road in torrentail downpour. Trying to read my practice map and having trouble just seeing it. Running in 3 inches of running water along road. Of course it finished raining about 1 minute before I got back.
