Cold day out so once again treadmill.
7:30 pace for 5 miles. Last /14 mile was done at
4 incline.

Volleyball (Indoor Game) 1:00:00 [2]

First match of the new season. Team a little rusty
but we played an easy team who was down a person. We won all three games. Off to a good start.

Soccer (Indoor Game) 40:00 [3]

Spent the first 1/2 in goal. 2nd half on the field.
I only gave up 1 goal but we still lost 5-2.

Treadmill (cooldown) 10:00 [2] 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

1 mile easy on the treadmill after a getting home from soccer.

late.
