Run (1/4 grass) 34:57 [3] 4.4 mi (7:57 / mi)

Indoor soccer tonight so just an easy jog.

Soccer race (Indoor game) 40:00 [5]

I had already run earlier to so was pretty much ready to play. It is tough having a 11:00 pm game. When I get to the game I am ready for sleep. After the game I am wired and can't sleep.
The past few games I have played smart but my body was stupid. Well tonight my mind was asleep and my body got to do it its way. I played briliiantly. My first goal was a nice shot right by the goalie. My 2nd goal was a heel shot to the goal that didn't go in but rebounded off the goalie and then I put it in. The other team then came back and scored three goals followed by another. With 2 minutes to go we were down 4-2. It was time to get the team fired up but I was on the sideline. Fortunately, another player on my team came through and scored and I sub'd for him. I turned on the after burners and forced the ball loose. Passed to a teammate who scored. Score is now 4-4. Quickly we set up the ball again. The other team is playing defensive and trying to run the clock out. There is less than a minute. Once again I turn on the jets and force the other team to make a mistake. We get the ball with 20 seconds left. I am open in front of the goal, they pass to me and I shoot (but miss). The ball rebounds off the wall an another of my team mates puts in. We score and win the game. YEAAAHHH.

Soccer race (game) 1:10:00 [3]

Played most of the game. Played really smart but my body is dumb and wouldn't cooperate. We lost 1-3. Ankle started hurting later after the game. I don't know what I did but apparently I stressed it.
