Orienteering (Bowie) 1:33:07 [3] 8.6 km (10:50 / km)

See splits. This was the driest I have seen bowie area. Nice weather, map drier than normal, I had a fairly good jog.

Orienteering warm up/down (control pickup) 31:46 [3] 3.0 km (10:35 / km)

Picking up controls. Time doesn't include the time spent untying the controls.

This was the first real run in awhile. Leg still felt a little tight but no problems. Didn't push it so wasn't going that fast. Boy am I out of shape.

Leg feeling better. My team played like the team of
old. A team of old men. We played horrible. We did manage to win the last game.

Soccer (Indoor) 35:00 [4]

Decide to try the leg for real. No problems with the leg. Played pretty well also but blew a prime opportunity to score. We lost.

Still taking my recovery easy. Skipped soccer again but did jog 2 miles on the treadmill. Groin muscle getting stronger.

Walked on the treadmill. It was a good warm down and I kept Darcy company while she did the recumbant bike.
