Sunday Dec 4

Event: QOC: Wheaton

Orienteering (Wheaton: Blue) 58:34 [3]8.1 km (7:14 / km)
Warmed up more than I expected. Got up to about 40-45 degrees. Dave Onkst set a course that had
all buldings, trails, open vegetation removed from
the map. Basically, a contour only course. Woods were nice and open.

Soccer (indoor) 35:00 [5]
Another week, another game. Team was feeling stiff after a week off from the holidays. I stretched extra well but still didn't feel fully flexible. I played well and scored a goal even. A nice outside blooper shot right into the upper corner. We won 6-3. I did get burned a few times on defense but nothing serious.

Wednesday Nov 30

Treadmill (2 incline) 28:14 [3]3.75 mi (7:32 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2100
Getting colder out so opted for the treadmill. Started off ok but the last mile my groin muscle started feeling tight so I cut my run short.
