Saturday Dec 17

Run 5:58 [3]0.7 mi (8:31 / mi)
shoes: O shoes: Falcons04
Running back from mapping. It was getting cold and run felt good.
Orienteering (mapping) 4:30:00 [1]***
shoes: O shoes: Falcons04
Mapping Mckeldin area. made good progress until I got the rocky areas. It takes forever to line everything up on the steep hillsides.

Friday Dec 16

Run (road) 32:30 [3]4.4 mi (7:22 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2100
Finally could run outside again. There was still several snowy areas on the sidewalk but was mostly good. So much better running outside then on the treadmill. Also nice to run through the neighborhood and see the holiday lights.

Thursday Dec 15

Soccer (Indoor) 35:00 [5]
9:00 pm game. Had my Hershey Zone bar as my pregame dinner. Expected to loose yet another game and my team was doing what we always do. We started out strong but gave up a early stupid goal (not my fault). Then we scored, then they scored again. They we scored 2. It was 3-2 us going into the 2nd half and my team started getting tired and didn't play the midfield well. My team did a few stupid things and gave up two goals (I was on the sideline so wasn't responsible). It looked like we were going to loose 4-3 but wait, my team came back and scored with a minute to go to tie it. The other team was bummed. so bummed that they got stupid and gave up another goal with less than a minute to go allowing us to win.

Monday Dec 12

Treadmill (2 incline) 39:13 [3]5.0 mi (7:49 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2100
Still snowy/icy out so back to the treadmill.
