Today was a new low. My team hasn't played this bad in years. Only 5 people showed up which set the tone. We didn't block, or hit well. We didn't cover the extra territory and just got blown away. Needeless to say, we lost all three games.

Nice evening. About 40 degrees. Legs finally feeling the effects of regular training. Didn't want to run but did anyway. Planned to do 4.4 but cut it short due to bathroomitis.

Cooler today. Wore winter night gear.
Slow miler was when I stopped to wait for a guy I see running all th time. He was running about my speed but runs much farther. He is a marathoner so does hour long runs as the norm.

Oh boy, nice and warm out. Ran in Shorts and t-shirt. Not bad for the end of January at 5:00 at night. Did an extra mile to celebrate the nice weather. Felt real strong.
