Orienteering race (short course) 56:15 [4] 5.62 mi (10:01 / mi)

Tried to keep moving but the woods were so crappy and the ground was really rocky. I didn't feel that I was very fast but didn't do to bad considering everyone else was equally slow.

Soccer (indoor game) 48:00 [5]

First game of the new season. 11:00 pm games are tough. We only had 6 people show up so had no subs. We played well though and won 7-3. I even scored 2 goals which is 1 more than I normally do all season.

Other (Bike to work) 24:00 [2] 4.0 mi (6:00 / mi)

My car has terminal cancer and is only a matter of time until it dies. I biked to work while it was in the shop to diagnose what was wrong.

Other (Bike from work) 20:00 [3] 3.0 mi (6:40 / mi)

Had to bike back the repair shop to get my car. It was mostly slightly uphill. My butt was killing me after this morning's ride. I really need a new bike seat (or a tougher butt).

shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 5

Rt 175 + severn. Had to go running so I wasn't just playing soccer and recovering in between.

Soccer (Outdoor) 1:00:00 [3]

First official outdoor game of the season. My team was on lucky field 3. We came out strong and played well. We were up 2-0 at the half but gave up two goals for a 2-2 tie. Overall, I was very satisfied with our performance. We were starting to lag by the end though.
