I thought I was recovered enough to play. I was able to run the last two days. Unfortunately One kick of the ball before the game proved otherwise. I almost pulled a muscle just kicking the ball. I had to play the first few minutes becuase my team was short players with out me. Subs arrived shortly thereaftter so I didn't play anymore.

Feeling better. Right leg still tight so still ran easy. Easy run was much faster today so there may be hope for me afterall.

Decided to play soccer. Got there a little late and didn't have time to warm up. I was the 11th man so onto the field I went. Started feeling twinge in my muscles so subbed myself off (subs had arrived) and stretched. Was taking it easy on the field, I didn't want to get hurt. about 3/4 of the way through the game I made a quick move and felt several muscles protest. Just short of getting a real pulled muscle. I came off an stayed off.

walked 1/2 mile to help keep the lactic acid away.

Going Mapping. Jogging out to the area. It was a overcast day but I was hoping it would clear up.

Actual mapping time. unfortunately it started raining which made it really hard to map. I toughed it out a while then decided to quit. About this time it stopped raining. I ran over to another spot but water was still dripping from the trees and got my map all wet. Not a very productive day.
