Orienteering (boulderdash blue) 1:33:49 [3] 7.6 km (12:21 / km)
See course comments. I would have done better had the map been better or at least if they hadn't covered over some many $%##$ features with the course line and circle. WHY CAN'T COURSE SETTERS/PRINTERS DO A PROPER JOB.
C • I totally agree. 2

Blue Day 2 - Splits

Saturday Sep 29

Event: Boulder Dash 2007

Orienteering race (boulderdash blue) 1:40:41 [3] 7.5 mi (13:24 / mi) +160m 7:49 / km
See course write up. Map needs to some serious work. Course setter needs to learn to not hide features under the control circle/lines. I made several mistakes and the map made several for me.

Blue Day 1 - Splits

Wednesday Sep 26

Run (road) 34:50 [3] 4.4 mi (7:54 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline 2007
Started off stiff but ok after a few steps. Still felt very lethargic. First mile ok then I slowed down. Then got bathroomitis.

Tuesday Sep 25

Run (road with Darcy) 30:16 [2] 3.0 mi (10:05 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline 2007
Decided to make it like a rest day. Ran easy with Darcy.

Rt 175 + 1 park loop.

Monday Sep 24

Soccer (outdoor) 1:20:00 [4]
Played hard. I changed the line up and moved a defender up to the forward and put myself as a floater between the defense and midfield. We played well but still couldn't score. We lost 3-0 which was the closest game we have had so far.
Run warm up/down (road) 14:34 [3] 1.77 mi (8:14 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline 2007
Needed to use the slow twitch muscles so went for run after the game. Felt good for the first bit but then I really started feeling it.
