| Season starts next week so we scrimmaged this week. Considering how little I have played since last season, I was pleased with my performance. I did get my finger hurt (it was bent back during a block).
We won every game we scrimmaged. |

| It was another late night game, 11 pm. I was tired before the game even started. Fortunately we had enough players but were lethargic. We played ok but the other team's goalie was too good for us. We lost 6-3. The other teams first goal was my fault. I totally missed a trap and let the ball get by me to someone cherry picking in front of the goal. Oh well. |

| Mostly did yoga exercises. Opened up some new ones also but I haven't tried those yet. I decided yoga is harder than it looks. I did set a few new world records in bubble racing and soccer ball heading. |

| Rt 175 + 2 park loops. Low humidity but the sun was very intense. Shade was nice. I got a bad side ache about 300 meters from the end and had to stop and stretch before I could run again.
