First outdoor game since my injury. I was a little worried how kicking the ball hard would feel. I favored my good leg as much as a could. It was a little sore initially but felt good the 2nd half. We played a good game and tied 0-0. We had opportunities to score but couldn't finish it.

Jogged around the field twice after the game.

hanging White and yellow controls, putting out road signs.... covered more distance than I thought I needed to. Good thing I was jogging.

today I was course setter on my new map. Map 'greened' up a lots since mapped.

First soccer since my injury. I was playing carefully. There was one twinge but I think it was just stretching the muscle out. Felt good the rest of the game. We pulled out a victory which was nice. Won 3-2.

Wed training for Eddie. I had hung the streamer during the weekend which was good because I made eddie start first so he couldn't follow my tracks throught the grass. The down side is Eddie was taking the streamers down as he went which made it harder for me in the control circle. i was going to cut the course short but since I was doing ok (althought slow) I just kept going.
Distance traveled 6.13 miles.
I tried some different routes from when I hung the controls. They weren't any better.

Traumatic event, Had to put our eldest cat to sleep. She was 20 years old and it was time.
After that, went for an easy run.

Later my ankle started hurting again. I was hoping it was better along with my leg. I guess not.
