Still sore from Thursday. Tried to keep moving but got slower and slower. Course was a runners course which was fine for me. Lost time on one control that I think was hung too low. The other lower hung control I didn't lose time on but others did.

Covered 6.63 miles

Sore from last night soccer. Decided to go for an easy run and find some fences to hop (not jump) in preparation for doing a mud run. I started by practicing hopping over a 3 foot fence (one normally jump over). Did this about 10 times. By hopping I was using my arms as part of the jump and swinging both legs over together.
Then I went and found a suitable higher fence (7 feet tall) and climbed it (once). Then I went to a normal waist high fence and hopped it twice. back to the low wood fence and did some jump and hops and ran home. Once home I did some pull ups which I have done in years. I have no upper body strength at all. I only did 2.

I felt very lethargic. I am not sure why. I was able to step it up. I started in half and was playing well. I setup several plays and had three assists to get off to a 3-0 lead. Then I went back to defense and the other team stepped it up. We ended up losing 7-5.
