With the Billygoat coming up I decided I should go for a long run. A long run for me is 10K. I did the course but wasn't sure if I would be able to run the whole way. I slowed down but did finish running.

Another week, another game. My team just isn't playing up to par. Our half backs just won't run both directions. As a result the defense (me) gets overwhelmed. One guy in particular caused several goals. We fell behind 3-0. Finally we woke up and started playing towards the end of them game. We tied it up 3-3. Then gave up a quick goal. Then scored another goal to tied it up. then gave up another goal with just 30 seconds to go. We lost 5-4.
