Lots of cool waterfalls and rocks.

Out there on vacation with Darcy, Dave & Heidi Onkst. A most excellent trip.

My team played down to the other team's level. instead of winning we let the other team tie us 3-3. the other team had about 8 shots and scored on 3 of them. We had lots more opportunity but didn't capitalize on them.

It was cold and rainy out so I didn't want to go running outside. So back to the treadmill. After the first 1/2 mile, my lungs felt really dried out. I finished the mile then slowed down to see how it would feel.
