Orienteering (red mason neck) 1:14:52 [3] 6.6 km (11:21 / km)

I am still recovering from my strained muscle. I can run straight without it bothering me so I though I would go for an easy day. Decided on a shorter red.
I had some trouble on a few controls. There were two that were bingo'ish. They were hung on marshes in very flat areas. One, I couldn't tell that there had every been a marsh there.
Because I was running easy, my pace count was off and my compensation in count didn't always work. I over shot one control by a fair amount.
It was very hot and humid. There were a zillion spider webs. I had to stop several times and clean my face of glasses.

Decided to walk with Darcy instead of exercising and give my leg another heal day.

I decided to make it a longer hike. First we walked to Popyes for lunch. Then we decided to walk to a longer walk and check out a new development going into down the main road. The development was larger than we expected.
On the way back, we stopped in at Big Lots, then the yogurt store. It was too hot and my yogurt was melting faster than I could eat it.

Soccer 30:00 [3]

Start of a new session. I was playing ok the first half. The second half the other team brought on a ringer which through me. I gave up a goal to him. We were fairly evenly matched teams but we ended up loosing 5-4.
Unfortunately I got hurt early in the second half. I reached to stopped a ball and strained my left inner thigh. I came out right away so I wouldn't hurt it worse.

Started up ok but then got slow as bathroom problems set in again.

Was going to vet a sprint course for time but there were not control description and without descriptions you can't determine where they will be. So I just moved along at a good clip. I had some hesitations but not mistakes.
