Volleyball (indoor) 1:00:00 [1]

After a week off I was ready to play. I played well. Our best player unfortunately didn't. If we played well I think we could have won. We didn't play up to our potential so lost another 3 games.
8 PM

Soccer (indoor) 14:00 [3]
(injured) shoes: Soccer Indoor Nike 2013 Mercer

I was still taking it easy as my calf wasn't fully healed. My team hasn't been doing well this season. We have been slowly getting better but it has been slow. I played mediocre. Unfortunately we gave up 2 goals early. We battled back and tied 2-2.
2/3's of the way into the game I made a lunge to block a ball and hurt my right calf.

Orienteering (North American Sprint) 19:19 [5] 2.5 km (7:44 / km)

Sprint at Dartmouth College.
I started off poorly, then made some minor mistakes. My calf finally gave out about 2/3rds of the way through the race. I couldn't sprint anymore so had to adjust my stride to a fast hobble.
I made a fairly sizable error in the last few controls. I cross the road, ran along the building, then turned right. The problem was I cross the wrong road. I lost close to 2 minutes on that control. That plus my calf was enough to put me way back.
