Final day in Dominican Republic. I went for a morning swim before breakfast. It was low tide so I bottomed out in a few places. My arms were very tired and feeling all the exercise from the week.

Went swimming in the ocean. It was very difficult as one direction was against the current. I swam against the current first and then when very tired back with the current.

First full day on vacation in dominica Republic. Run at resort. Wasn't sure where to run and resort staff weren't helpful. I ran the front road repeatedly then ran around the pools which turned out to be longer than expected.
