My first outdoor game in several years (even if it is coed), and this coming off the broken rib which meant I haven't been doing much training the last month.
Fortunately we were on the smaller field. The first half lasted forever and by the end I was ready to call it quits and go home. I had nothing left in the tank by the second half. We ended up losing 2-1 but I was happy with how we played. The game was called about 15 minutes early because of lightning (and I was very thankful for that).
I was so tired and in very serious danger of muscle cramps by the end. This should have been a level three work out but because I am out of shape it was much harder than it should have been.

Easy bike ride. Stopped a few times to look at the view. Saw the Ostrich again. Only one there this time.
