Easy run. Hamstring holding its own. Still stiff but I think that is just because it healed tight.

Stopped running and met Darcy in the park and we continued for a long walk.

I didn't play well but wasn't bad either. My shoulder is still sore but less so. my team played as we always do, poorly. Next week we play the good teams and are going to get creamed.
