It was very rocky. I orienteered well but lost a few minutes once taking the straight line through the rock instead of taking the trail.

I made a 2 minutes mistake. Joe Brauthingham caught me. I couldn't read the control line/circles.

A runners course. I just don't have the speed so finished back a ways. I made one route choice mistake.
Crossing the first field I was readying my map and fell into a hold up to my right knee. I was lucky I didn't get hurt. The good news is my calf and knee didn't slow me down any.

Calf still not healed but it is the last game of the season. It being holloween, several players took off so they could take their kids trick/treating. The other team was playing short handed but was still better than us. We played a purely defensive game but managed to hold them off 1-0 the first half. I was playing easy to spare my calf so wasn't running hard and trying not to make any quick moves (i.e. not playing well). My calf was sore but holding up. The 2nd half we got a direct kick and I took a shot and scored to tie it up. It was 1-1 for most of the game but then we had a 'hand' ball in the penatly box so they got a penalty shot, and scored. This happen about a minute before the game was called for darkness. We lost yet again. We didn't win a game all season.

Easy run on the treadmill to make sure I loosened up. My calf start twinging 0.25 mile in but I ran easy and kept going. Walked another 0.25 after.
