Orienteering (bumble) 2:13:05 [3] 9.14 mi (14:34 / mi)
shoes: O' Icebuds 2014

Bumble course: based on the category says how many windows you have to do. This year there was a lot of climb so I was going to red (skip one of the 5 windows). Unfortunately, after going to the first window where I thought we could cross the river at the norther road, I realized the northern road was off the map. So Once you select that window there isn't much advantage to skipping a window. I did them all.
At one point I slid down a steep embankment covered in leaves. I climbed the next large hill to the control only to realize I had dropped my dibber. I went back and after searching through a bunch of leaves did find it.

My shoes are not longer useable. The heel is comming off the left one and the toe off the right one. Too much side of hill running.

We played ok. We did come back from being down and won all three games.

My back was still sore so I went for an easy run on the treadmill. My back felt a little sore while running but not to bad but it started stiffening up after the run. I am glad I didn't keep going.
