Jog to see how the legs feels. It was still sore but mostly stiff. I went slow favoring it. Just went to the road and back.

We played the last place team, on a really small field.

part way through the second half, I had to make a quick sprint to catch an opposing player and I strained my left quad. I sat out the rest of the day.
