Running on the treadmill. upped my distance but still keeping it slow. The middle mile is always the hardest.

CAbin John. Greenish map, with lots of trails. Trails were removed from the map but there are so many and it is obvious where they go. I ran the trails when I could.

I only messed up on control where I went back to a trail to avoid green but when way out of my way and had to fight through even more green.
Messed up later on because of the control numbering. Control 14 was labeled 115, so I ran to control 16. It was an easy leg so I wasn't following the map much but eventually realized things were matching up.
Later on I took a route anticipating a trail but there wasn't one. Kathleen crossed the main stream to be on the trail while I went through the green. Kathleen's route was much faster.
