Volleyball (indoor) 40:00 [1]
shoes: VB : hyperdunk low

We refed the the game before ours so were not properly warmed up for our game. We got off to a slow start but then warmed up. Then we fell apart and lost badly. I hardly touched the ball so it wasn't me.
We were playing one of the other lessor teams so this was disappointing. The second game I didn't play but the rest of team woke up and starting playing better. It helped that the other team didn't play that well. We won that game.
The third game we were down a few points the whole game until the end when we managed to tie it up just at the clock expired. So it was a sudden death point. We won the point, won the game, and won the match. This was the first match we have won since moving back to the top division. A momentous occasion for our team.

orienteering was fairly straight forward. Issue was how much to run around vs going up/down. I wasn't always perfect but was fairly clean. I was generally slow as evident when Joe ran by me at the end of the course.
