Ran my 10K loop in my new shoes and new shorts. I looked all spiffed out.
It was warm and very humid out. I ran later in the day today because we were shopping.
I started out fine but about 3 miles just ran out of steam. I don't know if was running late and skipping lunch, or I just got dehydrated. I slowed way down. Rather than cut my run short I was able to tough it out.
