Ran outside in shorts and long sleeve shirt. 50 degrees out. My legs got cold, and I was sweating on top half. Maybe I should have gone long pants and short sleeves.

Did three loops on the trails and fields behind my house. Still lots of down trees to jump over, climb over, or go around.

Short walk when Darcy got home from work. It wasn't real cold but the wind made it feel that way.

Red Course at hemlock. Woods were open although I did step in 6 holes. Fortunately I was walking for 5 of them and didn't get hurt on any.

There was a lot of climb (which is why I did Red instead of Blue). I didn't push the pace but could have run faster. Since I lost but just a little bit I probably should have run a little harder.
Traveled 4.34 miles and about 300 meter climb so about right for the course.

No major Time loses. I lost time at #6 because the maps isn't correct. The reentrant the control was in is off in orientations so I thought I wasn't at the correct reentrant and started to run away.

fixing some reported map issues on the Glen Artney map. It was cool in the morning but warmed up a lot while mapping. I had to peel off my jacket.
Checked out one generic rocky area that needed to be updated to be more accurate. Added some new trail segments and updated some green/root stocks.

After mapping went for a run around the Catonsville community college. It was a lot hillier than I expected and one of the trails was very rocky in parts. i was really slow but looking at the heart rate I was working hard. It was also hot out 78 degrees and I was already a little dehydrated from mapping.

Run outside in Shorts. 57 degrees out and sunny . A very nice day for a run (especially in February). Still sore from Sunday Orienteering event. Wasn't very fast but I feel I am getting my cardio back in shape.

Rt 175 + Severn Road.
