Moderate 65 min run around Lake Joondalup. Felt rather fluid and was moving well. The pace was decent as well. Left hamstring felt a little tight throughout the 2nd half of the run but ok otherwise.

Easy 45 min run around Lake Joondalup after injury to the left hamstring. Felt pretty average throughout but it was good to be back in training.

Session:

2 h Easy around Lake Joondalup following 10 km win yesterday in 33:30.

Aim:

Regeneration/recovery

RPE:

6/10 - Felt tight and a little fatigued. Sore in the left adductor and quadricep, which caused me to stop at 1:30 mark. WIll massage & stretch and reduce training volume over the next two days to allow time to recover.
