Run 3: 20:00 uphill tempo run on the TM. Do the normal 15:00 warmup (flat jogging) and a few strides before, and at least 15:00 of easy jogging after the workout. 9:45 pace / 6% incline. Try to relax at the beginning of it and find a nice short/quick stride and rhythm.
Did the full 20 minutes but had to take some 30-45 second breaks a few times.
