Run 2: Hill Tempo + Flat V02 combo workout:

a. Do your normal 15:00 easy warmup and a few strides.
b. Run 15:00 at 10:00/5%.
c. Then run 5:00 flat at normal easy pace as a recovery
d. Run 8 x 1:00 at 7:00 - 7:20 pace with 2:00 easy flat running in between
e. Finish with at least 10:00 - 15:00 easy jogging for recovery.
