Run 1: 2hr hilly trail run, easy effort.

Run 2: Flat tempo run of 20:00 at about 8:30 pace on TM or flat smooth road. Normal warmup/strides/workout/cool-down. This is at the shorter end of a tempo run so if feeling good and you have the time, feel free to go 25:00.

Run 3: 1:00:00 hill fartlek run, ideally on roads but if not do the TM version with a total of 10:00 of harder uphill mixed in. Either way easy effort for first and last 10:00, then for remainder push the uphills but not so hard that you have to noticeably slow down in order to recover.
