Run 1: 2hr flat road or smooth dirt path at a steady easy pace. Try for a slight negative split. (Ran this on C&O canal but just a steady pace all the way and shorter then called for.)
Note for the week: I got the flu Tuesday so was unable to run until Saturday. Obviously did not do the "hard week" but as I feel I am just now getting my energy back please make this coming week an easier week. (oh well...)
