Run 1: 2 - 2.5hr flat/hilly/flat long run. Nice and easy first and last third. For the middle third, run all the hills but without working too hard - ie just an ultra shuffle/baby steps but keep chugging along. Then focus on smooth, brake-free running on the downhills.
