running (easy / medium-long) 1:50:15  9.0 mi (12:15 / mi) +400ft11:45 / mi shoes: brooks wide #2 (engagement!)
paved bike trail. including ~3min pit stop. a little up on the way out, a little down on the way back. felt strong.
running only about half as much as i should be, but must be doing something right in my life because my times are better and i feel lighter, like something is lifted.
