paved bike trail, dirt trail. air 60-70ish and seemed smoky in the second half, but good to be out and felt okay as long as i kept it easy. jack rabbit in the marsh, for the third time.

trails, "easy." had some trouble breathing in the second half after trying to do some pickups. not sure if it's me but hoping it's the air -- we're on a record day 16 in a row of spare the air because of the fires. air was a little better this morning so i tried it but with mixed success.
