4 x { 20 sec faster, 2min easy } on the dirt. felt pretty good. a little unhappy that my garmin is acting up again -- restarted during the second faster bit, and then afterwards it had the right total but some of the lap info was missing, and it wouldn't upload to garmin connect. blah; hope it fixes itself soon.
