trails, easy. nice to take a day off for myself. no regrets about not going up north to race. got lunch to go from the fancy tea place. it turned out to be not quite as good as i was hoping, but i didn't learn that til i got home... walking from the tea place back to my car after the run i literally out loud that i am happy and it's been a long time since that's happened.
