Vision Quest MTB race, didn't do as well as I think I can but at least I made it to the start line and finished one bitch of a course. Felt flat and no power on the climbs so just stayed staid steady with the spinning and grind grind grind.
My off season bike work training is done now its time to get down to business for October. Will take it easy then week and then pick it up next week.

Attempted an easy ride at Aliso just spinning on the fire roads on the bottom. Felt like crap initially then started to feel better. The jury is still out for Saturday, bad timing I have given up a lot of tri training for this VQ event.
