Attempted transition run, not good pain right off the bat. Screwed for Kona just sent WTC to try and move my spot for next year, I know they won't be giving it a try anyways. Other last resort is to get a cortizone injection this week before I leave on Sunday. Pretty frustrating but I am not going to walk a marathon in Kona or run 8 something pace just not my idea of fun.
