Hill Intervals Einsiedeleigasse 5x5mins x=2.30.4 3 secs better than June 2015!18 seconds better than this time 2 years ago. NEW PB on Natalie TE 2.6 two reps below 2.30 :) Great session after hard weekend. Good recovery and felt strong. Hard work on strength bearing dividends! keep it up Encouraging esp as first set of the spring!
