went indoor rock climbing with my cousin. it was so much fun!! it was in this amazing building where there was rock climbing, bowling, a sky obstical course, indoor soccer, and indoor skiing and snowboarding (with real snow!) i so wish we had one in the states.

went for a 6hr hill walk with my cousins. it was a lot of fun! we did some ridge with 2 or 3 monrows in it. so i think i have now done 4 or 5. was super tired the next day but the views were amazing so it was totally worth it.

got to do a street-o in edinburgh scotland. it was put on by my dads old club the Interlopers. It was a lot of fun! my cousin took me and bet me (hey she is 29 and does a bunch of adventure races) the scale was really small so everything came up a lot faster then i though it would so i over run a few of the first ones. other then that i did ok i think.

did a small loop at my grans house. had a steep hill in the middle of it. wish i got to do it more then once. it would have been good trainning, but gran kept having this for me to do.

did some crunches and lunges and other strength stuff felt good. i've been really lazy the past week or so really need to start my summer trainning. maybe i'll get to start tomorrow.

ran up to the faries but went along the park way so we could see what was going on in the bike race. also we bumped into Virginia, so we talked with her. and we bumped into gus who i went to green town with so talked to them as well.

had to walk the last half mile home becuase we wanted to watch part of the bike race and also there were a lot of people out. oh stoped at the stands and tried some of the new power Beans by Jelly Bellies (or what ever the jelly bean people call them selfs) they were not half bad.
