shoes: P school snickers
did the loop with dad. did it in about 20mins each way with a break at falls bridge. it was such a nice ride and my fastest.

Monday May 23

we played this stupid game but it got me moving so that was good.

biked the lope (art meausem to falls bridge and back) was nice to get out. New bike is sooo cool!!!!!!!

got there and did two warm up laps and streched.
then i ran the 400m in 76 seconds (2 seconds faster then last time and i bet the grils who bet me last time by 3 seconds)
then did the mile in 7mis 30 seconds. record for me. also did the long jump 10.10 (.1 better then last time)

ran first orange today. It was fun i liked the course. It was difficalt but i need something harder. had a little trouble on 9 & 10 but other then that did pretty good. bet susan by i think 30 mins.

Saturday May 7

preformed at Ritten House sq. spring festivle.

walked down to broad st. from walnut and 19th. then from there we walked back home.

walked to school. ran 200m wail walking to school to practis.

had first track meet.
ran like 600m to warm up.
then ran 400m in 78.6 seconds came in second
then rihgt after ran across feld to run the 200m. did that in something like 38 seconds. also did the long jump. 10.9ft

did a warm up- ran to the last bridge before the art mueseam and back.
then did 4 400meters with a walk of 400 m in between each. practisted hurtles and beton passing. went back to school and did the long jump.

practised for the show. nothing to hard thank goodness.

spiked:8/8c weight:115lbs shoes: o-ing shoes
west point day 2: better weather, got sunny in the afternoon. good course. only messed up 5 (over shot.) was really muddy!!! won over all in my class.
