Note
DVOA winter meeting:
not sure about the club but i got a lot done at the meeting. everything is now almost set for the interscholastics, the team is set, know were we are staying, and know the time of the moodle. Also susan and I are now getting to work with wyatt so that the 3 of us can think up of a training schedual susan and i can fallow. And john DeWolf is going to look at my article for liberty sports and make sure it is ok. So over all i got a lot done and i'm very happy. To bad i can't go to the meet tomorrow (i hate not being old enough to drive!)

oh and I found out that there is a blue mountain training camp the weekend before the interscholastics that i had no idea about.

Sunday Jan 21

running 1:46:00 [2] 9.5 mi (11:09 / mi)
weight:113lbs shoes: brooks s257
Ran The Loop with my mom today. This is the longest i have ever run so I'm very happy with myself. I didn't actually think i would be able to do it. I knew i could walk the whole thing though, so i knew i could do it if i ran some and walked some. But i didn't walk at all!! and i wasn't really that much slower than normal.

very cold out!!!!

11:31- lloyd hall to 1 mile marker
12:02- 1 mile marker to 2 mile marker

Tuesday Jan 16

running (TNT) 45:50 [3] 4.5 mi (10:11 / mi)
shoes: brooks s257
First TNT of the year for me.

ran 4.5 miles at a kind of middle pace i think. sadly dad hurt his ankle so we all kinda shortened our run, which was good because i pushed a little more and made sure i stayed with clem on the way back.

6:46 -sandy's to path
14:52- out
12:58 - back w/ clem
10:24- up to sandy's ran into two people on horses and had to stop for a bit to let them by.

Sunday Jan 14

stairmaster 1:00:00 [2]
shoes: brooks s257
did 4287 steps but I didn't go all the way down because my legs aren't quite long enough to do that at the setting we had it on. But my dad and I just changed it so next time I might be able to go all the way down.

goal was to do 1,000 steps per 15 mins. but I guess i'm going to have to change that goal the next time because I don't know how many steps a min I can do on this new setting.
C • training 6
stretching warm up/down 20:00 [1]
shoes: brooks s257
had a nice long stretch that felt really good. I haven't stretched nice and long for a while, we always stretch sort of fast at track.
strength 14:00 [2]
shoes: brooks s257
4 sets of 35 skuls
4 sets of 25 push ups (did anyone deside how we are spelling that?)
Note
just set up an attackpoint log for my dad. I guess this means i have to really start doing some training now so he doesn't put in that many more hrs then me.

Friday Jan 12

Note
school dance, helped set up so no time for a workout sadly.

Saturday Jan 6

running 59:00 [3] 5.0 mi (11:48 / mi)
shoes: brooks s257
Well not a good run to start the year off with but oh well. Ran 5 miles along kelly drive with my dad. I felt so slow it was crazy. Each mile just got slower and slower. I think this has to be one of my worst ever runs! Got a bad cramp about half way through, not sure what caused it but it didn't go away to fast.

10:30 - 1st mile
10:43 - 2nd mile
11:13 - 3rd mile (turned around at the 2.5 mile mark and walk a little bit)
11:40 - 4th mile
10:38 - 5th mile
~4:00 - walk from train tracks home + streching

The weather today was so weird! I ran in shorts and a light top. i've never done that in january.

Tuesday Jan 2

walking 1:30:00 [1] 4.0 mi (22:30 / mi)
shoes: blue sauconys
walked around kippen with my mom and dad. ground was really wet!!!! saw some really pretty houses though!!!! and it was a nice walk! (quite a few hills, wet hills actually)
